Snowshoe Lauren was a late bloomer. She is a small but solidly built alpaca, which does not surprise us, as she has small ancestors on both sides.
Lauren is light fawn and her fiber is fine and crimpy with a soft handle. She gave birth to a female cria sired by Xanadu P Concerto in 2021. She proved to be a wonderful mother and her daughter, Buttercup, is a carbon copy of her dam with very fine fawn fiber.
Last year we decided to breed Lauren to our black herdsire, CCNF Onyx, and she gave birth to a beautiful brown female in August.
