The North American Alpaca Show will once again be hosting a silent auction to support Quechua Benefit. This organization is a non-profit whose mission is to provide care and support to the indigenous Quechuan people of the Peruvian Highlands. Quechua Benefit provides dental, medical and optical care as well as medicine, clothing, shoes, blankets and social services to thousands of people whose harsh, high plains environment provides most with only a subsistence level existence.
We are proud to offer a breeding to our 5X Champion/5X Reserve Champion herdsire, Snowshoe Aristides, in the upcoming silent auction at the North American Alpaca Show on April 6 & 7 in West Springfield, MA. And, yes, Aristides will be at the show along with a number of his offspring. Be sure to stop by our farm display and take a look at this amazing macho.
In addition to breedings to some of the best herdsires in the northeast, the silent auction will offer a variety of items, many of which will be alpaca-related or made from alpaca fiber. There will be something for everyone – bring your checkbook and donate to a very worthy organization.
